Abstract

This Impact Assessment aims to find the most appropriate solutions to the implementation of the pan-European in-vehicle emergency call (eCall). In line with the European Road Safety Action Programme, the initiative aims at reducing the number of road fatalities in the EU and the severity of injuries caused by road accidents.
