Abstract

The project studied the impact of motor vehicle driving on the public roadways by special populations. Major concerns were special populations' learning to drive, being licensed to drive, and driving behaviour. Impact was considered from two perspectives: the impact on the handicapped driver and the impact on the welfare of the general public.
