Abstract

This study identified to what extent pedestrians perceive falling risk when walking on icy, slippery roads, toward increasing pedestrian walkability on such roads by improving facilities and by prompting behavioral changes through examination of pedestrian psychology. Pedestrian falling-risk perception is discussed toward ensuring winter walking safety. For the covering abstract see ITRD E143097.
