Abstract

The present conditions of transportation cause spatial, environmental and time problems. Car use is generally negative. For the solution of these problems, combinations of individual and collective transport must be sought, i.e. INCO. According to the emphasis given to individual or collective transport, INco or inCO are referred to. This paper discusses these concepts. It is apparently possible to devise solutions which offer a good alternative for car use without hindering the user friendliness provided by only the car at present. (A)
