Abstract

In any failsafe operation, one of the essential elements of the system must be the compatibility between the elements. The elements must be treated as a system. In the transportation field this is a difficult task but it can be accomplished. If the reducing of 50.000 fatalities per year could be successful, than a close coordination and cooperation is necessary.
