Abstract

This paper discusses how Saskatchewan has tried to minimize the cost of trucking. The province has worked with shippers, carriers, operators and manufacturers to develop and implement programs that minimize the cost of trucking by utilizing high gross weigh or over-dimension vehicles. (A)
