Abstract
It was recommended to intensify the research on the alcoholic condition of car drivers, to implement preventive methods requiring educational efforts, to promote clinical pharmacological studies, to develop national guidelines on safe driving and drugs; to coordinate epidemiological studies; to intensify international cooperation; to develop and apply techniques for determining the blood levels; and to develop medical, legal and social measures.
