Abstract

In this survey an assumption is made: excessive delay suffered by drivers waiting to enter a junction can affect their irritation level and make them engage in dangerous manoeuvres. Such behaviour can create accident, if the behaviour of other drivers is not adjusted. In the paper results of searching for critical values of delays related to thresholds of drivers impatience and analysis of occurrence of such delays in real traffic conditions are presented. (A)
