Abstract

The relationship between stimulus inform. and reaction time RT was investigated for 5 types of association all of which required naming responses to familiar stimuli ( Exp. I - faces of fraternity brothers; Exp. II - line drawings of animals; Exp. III- colours ; Experiment IV- geometric symbols; Exp. V- letters of the alphabet.)
