Abstract

The National Consortium on Remote Sensing of Transportation-Infrastructure (NCRST-I) addresses a number of U.S. Department of Transportation strategic goals--safety, mobility, economic growth, security, and organizational excellence. NCRST-I researchers M.F. Goodchild, S. Hallmark and V. Noronha discuss the infrastructure consortium's current research projects, future projects, outreach activities, and technology application projects. J.J. Conrad, Session Moderator, presents a summary of Session 4.
