Abstract

A method has been elaborated to collect and systematize information about persons who after having sustained impact injury have applied for hospital care. Hospital records, for in patients and out patients, constituted the main source of information which included data on the accident, the injury and the consumption of medical resources. The percentage of errors at collection and entering of data was found to be low.
