Abstract

The Smart RRS Website it is one of the main dissemination tools of the Project and it was created at the beginning to inform to the general public and the industry stakeholder of the objectives of the SMART RRS Project. Besides it is one of the internal communication tools within the Consortium and helps the Partners to share information and documentation. It is a custom Web content management system (WCMS) that allows administrators to add and modify its content and structure according to their needs. This Website structure is divided into three main areas: Public area: it is the Website area which serves for presenting the information to general audience. This is one of main dissemination tools for the SMART RRS Project. User or client area: it is the Website area for registered people, the Project Partners to be precise. For these users the Website management tools allow to present extra main menu options and shows off Consortium calendar with main events. These dates with events link to a page containing explanation of what happens in the selected day. Administrator area: in this area the administrator may create, delete or edit main menu options, sections, menu section options, elements and classifications. All the actions done in this area have a consequence in the public or user area. In the public and private area we have placed different material to disseminate our project, its objectives and its results. The material, the contents, and the news within the Website will be updated during the lifetime of the Project. (Author/publisher)
