Abstract
This is the second of a series of articles on some new concepts relating to managerial arrangement and information systems developed by the Wisconsin State Highway Commission. This article, provides a basic description of the system and its potential uses. The concepts presented are applicable to many disciplines in the highway traffic field, such as enforcement agencies, motor vehicle administration departments, traffic courts and violation bureaus, and to highway engineering organizations.
