Abstract

The urban transit system in the greater Tunis area has seen in the last fifteen years many changes due to multiplicity of operators (light rail, bus, suburban train, private transport). This paper describes the actual situation of the system, analyses the co-ordination problems between the different modes of transport, and proposes solutions for better organisation. (A) The English title of the paper is: "Co-ordination of urban transit transport in greater Tunis area".
