Abstract

The common room between the houses must be available for all inhabitants as a space for living. Living includes walking, sitting, playing, driving, riding, parking. A number of requirements have been defined, and a number of specific measures have been indicated, which prevent that one particularly of living (e.g. driving in cars) can become predominant in residential areas. This paper concentrates on the lighting requirements both for public lighting as for vehicle lights.
