Abstract

Managing interactions with others plays an important role in safe driving in most road situations. The aim of this paper is to present the results of two complementary research studies aimed at analysing drivers' activity when managing their interactions with other drivers and, on this basis to discuss the potential impact of new driving support systems on drivers' interaction management.
