Abstract

Interactive highway safety design model (IHSDM) is an interactive suite of software modules currently under development by the Federal Highway Administration, in partnership with state DOT's, and participating CAD and civil design software vendors. This CD-ROM provides a preliminary look into the future of IHSDM and its five modules: Accident Analysis, Driver/Vehicle, Design Consistency, Policy Review and Traffic Analysis. (A)
