Abstract

The major purpose of the California Driver Training Evaluation Study is a benefit- cost analysis of driver training programs, comparing secondary school instruction with commercial school instruction of high school students, and programs of standard length with longer training programs. The report describes the study design, selection of districts, schools and students, and study procedures.
