Abstract

The future of information holds great promise, not just in terms of increased diffusion nationally and internationally, but also in the new techniques being developed in the modes used f or transfer of such information. It is clear that computers and networking techniques will play an important role in such international transfers, but in the end it is men and governments that will make it happen. A general knowledge is presented of international transfer of information.
