Abstract
The question as to which additional measures and methods can still be used to further increase traffic safety often remains without an answer. Some generally well known actions are then put forward and implemented. This White Book, which is based on the report of the high level expert group for a European policy for road safety, is an attempt to list all possible activities in the field of traffic safety in a comprehensive way.
