Abstract

Magnitude estimates of perceived velocity, time, and displacement of moving spots were collected in this study. The experiments were factarially designed, (e.g., time x displacement). The structures of matrices of empirical (e.g., velocity) estimates were interpreted in subjective components. The results suggested the followin relations of subjective components of velocity (v),time tt), anddisplacement (s). Estimated time - s/v, estimated displacement v x t, and estimated velocity s/t.
