Die hohe Zahl von Unfaellen auf dem Arbeitsweg, insbesondere von Fahranfaengern, gab Anlass fuer die Entwicklung eines spezifischen Praeventionsprogamms. Waehrend der mehrtaegigen Durchfuehrung wurden Inhalte aus den Disziplinen Verkehrspsychologie, -paedagogik und -physik miteinander verknuepft angeboten. Dabei kamen sowohl praktische Elemente, wie Simulator- und Nachtfahrten, als auch theoretische Aspekte, wie etwa gruppen- oder anfaengerspezifische Zusammenhaenge, zur Anwendung. Die formative und summative Evaluation erfolgte unter anderem mittels der Erhebung verschiedener Einstellungsmasse. Auf Basis dieser Daten zeigte sich nach Abschluss des Programms eine signifikant positive Veraenderung. Diese Verbesserung war auch ein halbes Jahr nach Durchfuehrung noch tendenziell ausgepraegt vorhanden. Die grundlegende Empfehlung sieht daher die weitere Etablierung des Programms vor, dessen Bestandteile jedoch - didaktisch sorgfaeltig geplant - ueber einen deutlich laengeren Zeitraum vermittelt werden sollten. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The high number of accidents on the way to work especially of novice drivers was the reason for the development of a specific prevention program. During its execution of several days' duration contents of the disciplines of traffic psychology, pedagogy and physics were provided. Both practical elements like simulator and night trips as well as theoretical concepts like consequences of groupthink or driving-motivation of novice drivers were applied. The program was evaluated using primarily different attitudes measures. On the basis of these data, a significant positive change could be seen after the completion of the program. This improvement was still recognisable after half a year. Therefore the basic recommendation is to further establish this program, although its elements should be arranged over a longer period of time in a didactically appropriate way. (Author/publisher).
