Introduction of graduated drivers licenses.

Abstract

In Australia a working party vas appointed to examine and report-on the details to introduce a graduated driver licensing program. It is anticipated that the proposed scheme will encourage better driving attitudes through improved pre-licensing training and control. It is based that on-road experience is the beat way to develop capable drivers. Successful application of this scheme is dependent upon a requirement that all drivers carry a licence.
