Abstract

The current report describes the results from WP2 of the ISAAC. These results are a first version of a web based tool that requires further testing and development. Threfore this report does not present the final and operational tool, but a first prototype. In WP3 of the project this prototype may be changed due to the testing procedures and feedback from stakeholders. In the endreport of the ISAAC project the final version of the web based tool will be described. The report is structured into chapters according to the tasks as they were outlined for the WP. Chapter two provides a brief summary of the results from the first WP, as a backdrop for the decisions made in the current WP. Chapther three describes the reasoning behind the framework, the current structure and functional design of the web-based tool. Chapter four describes the process involved in producing the content - the fact sheets - of the guide, and the policy checklist. Examples of this content is provided in the appendix. Chapter five shows the first versions (mockups) of the web-based tool, the feedback from test users of the tool, as well as describes the considerations that must be made to produce a final version.
