Abstract
After dense bitumen-bound road surfaces are applied to cement concrete irregularities may occur in the form of blistering and displacement. These defects can be obviated by an insulating system, which consists of a) a binding lager b) a low wide-mesh glass fabric and c) a lager of filled bitumen rubber mixture.
