Abstract

This paper describes the development of the Transport Management Integration System [TMIS] for integration of version 7 of the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS7) with other Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). The approach taken is consistent with national and international work to define an ITS architecture and has been described in architectural descriptions compliant with IEEE 1471. TMIS is intended to provide an environment for enhanced transportation system integration. (Author/publisher) For the covering entry of this conference, please see ITRD abstract no. E209471.
