This report shows that male moped-drivers in the age of 16-19 are involved in more accidents than those of other age-groups. Probably this high accidents than those of other age-groups. Probably this high accident rate is due to their inexperience. Dr Undeutsch shows in a study that the young moped-driver is lacking some characteristics necessary for well driving. He also makes a distinction - in this group of young moped-driver - between those who drive well and those who do not. The report ends with some juridical aspects. In addition is presented an article on the young drivers and their moped. A description is given of the aspects which make this vehicle so attractive to young drivers, and of the way they use this vehicle.
