Abstract
The symposium 'Guilty and innocent victims' was held in October 1996. The dichotomy between 'guilt' and 'innocence' is a rather new point of view within traffic education. This report investigates whether more attention should be payed to this dichotomy in road user education. It was chosen to apply this theme to the group of young car drivers in order to estimate whether is it useful in education.
