Abstract

Knowledge of the appraisal from passengers for public transport will be more and more important. Therefore, the barometer for customers of public transport is developed as an instrument to determine the quality of public transport as considered by the passengers. As opposed to the current studies to quality, the barometer is developed to get an insight into the whole public transport journey of the passengers.
