Abstract

The town is more and more considered as a place of development and of production of wealth and in such state ought to have adequate means of communication and transport. In Benin, an urban policy management, emphasizing transport in particular, is growing to enable population to progress in a comfortable living environment. (A) The English title of the paper is: "Urban transportation policy : a sustainable base of development in Benin."
