Abstract
On the hand of data from the Academic Hospital in Groningen it estimated that per year ± 80.000 cyclists will be involved in an accident, from which 30.000 will have physical complaints on the long term. 20.000 of them shall have difficulties in doing common daily actions. Almost 4000 will not do the same job as before the accident and 16.000 will be more or less disabled in their recreation.
