Abstract

The central theme of this paper is whether the automobile insurance can and will invest in the preventive action. The most important elements of the paper are: (1) prevention of the automobile insurance; (2) insurance in institutional context; (3) insurance premium; (4) bonus-malus systems; and (5) young, novice and other car drivers.
