Abstract

A measuring apparatus for vision during nighttime is presented. It examines the visual acuity by modifications of contrast, the luminance and differential sensibility. The sensibility of glare can not be determined alone by the measurement of mesopic visual acuity during the glare. It must be also measured by the velocity of the readaptation.
