Abstract
It is assumed already that a further increase of the mobility will have inacceptable consequences for the environment. In the Dutch Second Structure Plan for Traffic and Transport too less concrete measures are proposed. By this the terror of "letting continue the existing situation" will be the reality. More strict measures for guiding the mobility begins with decreasing the role of car traffic.
