Abstract

This paper provides an overview of the results of a study initiated by the Pompidou Group of the Council of Europe. The paper addresses: (1) the objectives and design of the study; (2) the results concerning legislation from the perspective of drugs in society and the perspective of drugs in traffic; (3) the main problem areas relating to the drug problem in traffic; and (4) a short summary with conclusions.
