Abstract
There are many bottlenecks in the Dutch road network. Due to the increasing number of cars and by not increasing the road network adequately the queues are becoming larger and larger. May be on has to learn to cope with them. What are the plans of the government and how far will these plans be executed, in spite of pressure groups, political parties etc.? An answer is not given in this leaflet, but the pros and cons are listed to start the discussion.
