Abstract

Traffic planning consists of simultaneously studying all the problems related to the different aspects of traffic, considering them from two standpoints: the organization of traffic properly so-called and the organization of the trans-shipment of goods, parking, pedestrian movements, public transportation stopping points, and the delivery of goods.
