Abstract

Taking into account the big mass forces to the taken care of, forces are applied directly to the occupant through the contact surfaces between the belt strap and the human body, it is of utmost importance that the straps be well situated so that the body will be loaded in the most favourable way. The ideal anchorage location must be sought in the intersection between axis of the centre of gravity of the skew cone and the side wall.
