Abstract

This paper deals with the simultaneous analysis of results from different, unrelated effectiveness studies on a particular traffic safety measure. Generally, effec- tiveness studies have quasi experimental designs. The results are submitted in contingency tables. Log linear models of contingency table analysis have proved suitable for the purpose of effectiveness studies.
