Abstract

For general guidance in Analysis of Variance, Chi-Square, Information Statistics, etc. methods, which all refer to a Multiple Association Analysis situation, some of the basic logical principles are explored. In particular, the principle of partitioning the available degrees of freedom into orthogonal components is described.
