Abstract
A scheme is set out for integrated planning of long term road research, as regards the methods for gathering statistical data, grading of priorities for research projects and separate studies. A general diagram for road-vehicle-road user relations with their interactions is presented. A 5-year schematic budget is given in a supplement, with a time table for studies and personnel required.
