Abstract

Results of a new opinion poll realized in Belgium, having special interest in the knowledge of road signs, are presented. The results show that many road users ignore some of those signals in spite of the effort made to inform the public. The poll consisted also of a question relative to the knowledge of the signification of the intermittent orange light and of the green switched on in conjunction with the intermittent orange light.
