Low alloy steels for composite highway bridges effect of sheltering on corrosion.

Abstract

At seven test sites the corrosion of a low alloy steel and a special mild steel have been compared in both open and sheltered conditions over a two-years period. Meteorological and atmospheric pollution data were also collected. Results of the study are presented.
