Abstract

An investigation of a working environment with significant exposure to low frequency noise i.e. lorry driving, is described. Analyses were made of the noise exposure, physiological reactions (wakefulness) and subjective evaluations of the noise. The investigation included two different types of lorries correlated to different levels of low frequency noise exposure.
