Abstract

This report compiles and documents information regarding the management of longitudinal utility installations on controlled access highway right-of-way. A primary objective of this research is to identify exemplary practices that may help highway officials implement innovative policies and strategies to accommodate and manage utility installations. Information used in this study was acquired through a review of the literature and a survey of representatives in all states. (Author/publisher)
