Abstract

The aim of Mandatory Safety Quality Assurance (MSQA) activity is to ensure efficient and comparable safety evaluation within the pilot projects, taking both scientific-methodological demands and available resources into account. This report on MSQA activity during the first two months of the new work package presents the Guidelines for Planning Safety Evaluation, that have been developed for the pilot projects which are planning safety evaluation, and also to ensure a common approach within the group of experts that work within the work package. The report also summarizes some general conclusions of the MSQA activity so far.
