Abstract

This manual describes the high accident location analysis system which will allow the user to identify, analyze, and correct accident black spots. The manual consists of five chapters: (1) Introduction; (2) Setting up the traffic records system; (3) Indentifying high accident locations; (4) Analyzing high accident locations; and (5) Correcting high accident locations.
