This paper gives a short overview of the work and challenges in an information exchange. The demand for traffic information from users or professionals within the traffic system is increasing by the day. There is a complexity and difficulty in obtaining and exchanging information with the many existing traffic systems and stakeholders today. The situation is known and there is ways to solve the situation. We believe there is enough information out there but there is a lack of easy ways of exchanging and obtaining this information between the motorists, the Road Administration, the suppliers and industry and this is a problem. Info24 is a Neutral Information Broker and presents a cost effective business model that has taken initiative to and increase the exchange and the cooperation between companies.The result is a growth in business solutions for many existing and upcoming ITS-companies that in hand makes new valuable services possible for thetraveling person in everyday life.
