Maryland's highway safety needs in accident records.

Abstract

This study project accomplished a thorough review of the laws which apply, and of the administrative functions of the state departments with highway safety responsibilities. Selected cities and countries were studied on a sampling basis where highway safety programs are carried out b~ tiicoepolitical subdivisions of the state.
