Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of optimisation of airline booking levels for flights with several classes of passenger service and the scientific determination of reservation policies. The dynamic and static models of airline data for determining reservation policies for airline booking are presented. These models make it possible to maximise the unconditional expected gain of the flight or to minimise the unconditional expected value of loss and penalty. The numerical examples are given.
